About me and my therapy practice
For the last ten years I have been working one to one with clients experiencing many of the problems we all face in modern day life. Work life might be weighing down on you. Home life can be very stressful or even friendships and relationships.
I can help you explore any feelings including stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, bereavement, self esteem or most general mental health issues.
I work with a person-centred approach providing a relaxed and safe environment giving you the time you need to work through what you feel is making you stuck in life.
I provide both short term (2-6 sessions) and longer term work.
I work under the ethical framework of the BACP.
