About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling anxious, isolated, experiencing panic attacks, feelings of loss, or feeling depressed. I am warm, kind and easy to talk to and believe I can help you.

Choosing a Counsellor can be daunting and I appreciate how important it is for the relationship to feel right. I aim to provide the right conditions for you to feel truly heard. I offer a safe, empathetic, confidential space for you to be listened to and feel fundamentally accepted, so you are able to open up and share your story and worries so together we can work through and resolve your difficulties. I work with you to make positive changes in your life, build resilience confidence and ultimately feel better, thus improving relationships and increase happiness.

I am an integrative counsellor, drawing upon psychodynamic and Person-centred models as well as attachment and developmental theory. I appreciate we are all unique and therefore I tailor my approach to the individual need. I offer children and young people play therapy and creative therapy.

I am fully qualified (Post Graduate Diploma) Counsellor/ Psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy ( MBACP). I hold a current DBS and I am fully insured.
