About me and my therapy practice
Every client of mine is unique, and so is the process, pace and structure we determine together. Integrating different approaches and techniques we find the right match for you, to reach that goal that you come in with, to take control of changing and rebuilding your story.
I offer both face to face and online psychotherapy, as well as custom made training sessions, talks and presentations for groups and businesses. I use CBT, ACT, PCT, SFT, CFT, mindfulness and exercise.
