About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Personal Development Coach. My clinical qualification was gained at WPF Therapy, one of the UK's most renowned and prestigious training institutions for Psychotherapists. My clinical training and experience working in the NHS and Private Practice enables me to work with insight and therapeutic skill which compliments my Coaching work.

Therapy & Coaching provide a confidential, empathic, non-judgemental space in which to talk about your thoughts and feelings, and you will have the reassurance of knowing that you are working with a registered therapeutic clinician. You or someone you know, may be finding things difficult at the moment and are considering talking to someone about it. Perhaps you are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed or find yourself thinking too much, going over things again and again in your mind. Or perhaps you are not quite yourself, but are unable to figure out why. I will listen and work with you to help you understand more about yourself and your relationships.

Together we will think about how your life experience has influenced the present, particularly your emotional and professional life, relationships and behaviour, enabling you to gain self-knowledge, insight and perspective to support you in moving forward. The therapy and Coaching relationship is unique, in that the focus is on you. I combine my skills as a Psychotherapist with my work as a Coach, giving me a greater depth of understanding about your internal world.

Together we can harness this insight in working towards your goals and ultimately a future of your own design. Coaching sessions are future focused and work to discover your full potential, empowering you to make positive changes in your life. In sessions we also take into account your emotional wellbeing, the mental roadblocks and limiting beliefs that are blocking your progress and getting in the way of your personal growth.

Practice description

I am a registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and obtained my postgraduate diploma at WPF therapy, one of the UK's leading training institutions for Psychotherapists.

I have worked within the NHS and private practice with a diverse range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, obsessive compulsive thinking and disorders, fertility problems, post-natal depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and many other emotional and behavioural difficulties.

All sessions are currently taking place via zoom for the foreseeable future, so working online enables me to continue working with Clients at this time. On occasion it will be possible to visit me for a face to face session in my treatment rooms in Battersea or Harley Street, as long as Covid-19 regulations allow it. This is subject to any restrictions in place at the time.

I practise Psychodynamic Psychotherapy & Personal Development Coaching.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is talking based therapy. A session runs for 50 minutes every week. The sessions run weekly until we agree an end date at some point in future.

A Personal Development Coaching session runs for 1 hour weekly or fortnightly. In our first session and throughout the coaching journey, we will talk about your goals, emotional setbacks, thinking about unconscious sabotage and ultimately, how we will achieve your best you. You are in a supportive place, where you are the most important person in the room.
