About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor which means that I will work with you in any way that is specifically beneficial for you. This might include a combination on CBT, talking therapy, mindfulness, meditation practice, art therapy, empathic listening and more.
I work in a warm, empathic, non judgemental manner, giving you the space to explore and express whatever feelings and experiences you need to work through. I will walk with you through any psychological difficulty and help guide you through this in a safe environment with a goal of helping you to heal and grow emotionally.
My practice is an accepting, person centred one which means I am hear for you - to listen with empathy and non-judgement, to give you space to express any difficulties without interruption.
My first session
Your first session is in part an assessment where I will gather as much information as you would like to give me so that we can built a clear picture of what you would like to gain from therapy.
