About me and my therapy practice
Anxiety, panic attacks, depression, feeling sad... Sometimes life feels more difficult than usual and it can be hard to know where to turn for support. I provide a safe place where you can explore how you're feeling without being judged. It can help you understand what's going on, why you feel the way you do and explore ways of feeling better.
Major life-changes, such as redundancy, the death of a loved one or the end of a relationship can be overwhelming. You might feel lost, but don't know what's wrong. Or you might feel low and unhappy, wondering how to get the spark back in your life.
Lockdown and Coronavirus are causing a lot of anxiety, depression, panic and a general sense of stress and unease. I am offering phone or online-video sessions.
I am happy to work with you long term, short term; for months, weeks or even just a few sessions. It's up to you.
