For example, through psychotherapy, I support your process of change to reduce your fears while helping you build your strength in nutrition - targeting specific foods that help remove anxiety and take steps toward a future goal through coaching.

I empower and motivate you to overcome and claim victory to achieve mental health and well-being and continue to seek new ways of enhancing your personal and professional life to create lasting change. 

Through combined therapeutic approaches, restorative treatments, and a unique blend of assessments, I offer you enriching talk therapy that best suits your need while targeting your core issues.

I work with live and intensive psychotherapy, life coaching, nutrition, or skincare treatments specifically designed as a flexible approach to enhancing your process of change.

In addition, I use complex psychological tools, guides, worksheets and video aids for sessions and homework, which engage you to experience an overall integrated approach to mental health and wellness.
