About me and my therapy practice

I'm a qualified CBT therapist who has extensive experience working with anxiety, trauma, stress and depression. I use an integrative approach tailored to support you to able to feel that you are present in life and not just surviving.
My office provides a warm, safe and confidential space that allows you to explore and make sense of your problems, difficulties and experiences. I will be able to teach you tools and techniques to reduce the impact these issues are having on your day to day life.
My office is based in East Kilbride Village. There is ample parking available both Inthe private car park and on street parking. There are buses and train stations nearby as well. I work online from my office which ensure confidentiality at my end.
If you choose to work with me, we will work in collaboration. This ensures you feel you are getting what you need from your therapy sessions. You will feel heard at every step along the way.
My first session
Your first session with me is an assessment that allows both us to establish if we are the right 'fit' for each other. It's important to me that you have the right therapist to walk alongside you on your journey.
The assessment also enables me to establish a baseline of how you are functioning and coping in the here and now. This helps me formulate how many sessions we may be looking at depending on the severity of your issues.
