About me and my therapy practice
Professional, Experienced, Safe and Confidential Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Warmth, empathy, understanding, clear thinking and insight characterise my approach.
I offer respect and recognise your individuality, and avoid making assumptions based on your gender, ability or disability, ethnicity, class, sexuality.
Talking to a professional who is trained to listen and support you is a unique experience. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy to look for help, I will support you, perhaps challenge you and work with you; maybe working through grief and loss, facing illness, resolving difficult feelings and memories, and help you to find a way forward, perhaps making changes you need to improve how you feel, your relationships and the quality of your life.

About me and my therapy practice
Supervision for qualified therapists and those in training. I also supervise those working in other 'helping professions'.
Supervision offers the opportunity to work collaboratively, with another professional; thinking creatively about all aspects of the therapeutic relationship, promoting safe and ethical practice, developing skills, reflecting on practice issues, personal and professional boundaries, and keeping a focus on the impact of working with individuals in distress, and how best to manage this.
Practice description
My initial training was psychodynamic, to MA level, and I have a Diploma in Integrative Supervision.
My experience includes supervising therapists who work in private practice, in organisations and charities, hospice and hospital settings.
