About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome

Well the good news is that you've started searching for a counsellor and so you're on the first step to feeling like the old you again.

I started Counselling4men while working for an employee assistance programme. I started to recognise the huge need to help many Men of all ages. I am also happy to counsel women, my target market however is Men.

Lots of Men really do need help and it's normal to feel emotional or to cry.

Some of the reasons why Men see me for counselling

- Depression

- Anxiety

- Work: stress, wages, unfulfilled

- Emotions: anger, grief, shame, guilt

- Lack of access to a child

- Bereavement

- Wrongful accusations

- Lack of self-esteem: this may come from an unfulfilled job/wage, poor parenting, not talking about problems, masculine stereo types, body image.

I look forward to hearing from you soon so that we can book your first session in.

Kind Regards, Andy
