About me and my therapy practice
The process of finding a counsellor and beginning therapy can feel like a very daunting task, whether this is your first time, or if you have been in therapy previously.
Depression, anxiety, other mental health issues or life transitions can evoke some of the most difficult and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. As a qualified counsellor I can help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that you can develop a better understanding of yourself and others. I will help you to find your own solutions, whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with any issues that may arise.
I have over ten years experience of supporting clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress, and I offer both short and longer term therapy, working online and over the telephone with individuals from the age of 11+.
