About me and my therapy practice
I worked as a teacher in both London and Northern Ireland before undertaking a degree in psychology. I worked for the mental health charity Mind for 6 years in crisis intervention prior to doing my post graduate diploma in integrative counselling and coaching. I am currently doing an MSc in the same at the University of East London, which has pioneered this approach. So that’s the academic bit! Having had my own challenges, I work from a place of experience as well as theory.
Practice descriptionMy training is unique in that I have both counselling and coaching tools to create a bespoke approach for each client. Using interventions drawn from CBT, Gestalt, Solution Focused, Humanistic and Psychodynamic and Person Centred theories I aim to offer a supportive compassionate space where you can express yourself, explore the issues bothering you, evaluate your options and implement the solutions best for you.
