About me and my therapy practice
Many people become anxious or stressed due to family or work problems. You are not alone. Sometimes just talking about your issues can help put things into perspective. I'm here to offer you a safe, friendly, confidential approach to counselling.
I will sensitively listen to what you need to say and provide you with support to help you gain insight into, and accept, whatever you are feeling. If necessary I will work with you to explore new tools to help you experience greater resilience to cope and feel fulfilled.
I have qualifications as a Counsellor, Coach, Trainer, and Consultant. I have over 15 years experience in the personal development field and am passionate about enabling people to become more aware of what is holding them back from tapping into their full potential and be the best they can be. I firmly believes that when times get tough, there are ways through.
As my training is varied I am able to be flexible in my approach so I can best meet your individual needs.
