About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and qualified counsellor and trainee psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, depression, eco-anxiety and vegan support. I am an integrative relational therapist and work with you to find ways for you to change thoughts, feelings and/or behaviours affecting your relationship with your self and/or others. I offer therapy online, in-person and outdoors in nature.
As an integrative therapist I can offer a a range of approaches to find the appropriate tools and strategies for you as an individual. Working relationally means that the work we do together can help us understand what might be going on in other relationships elsewhere in your life, past and present. I aim to empower my clients with the confidence and skills of self awareness and self-regulation in order to enable them to break out of patterns that may be holding them back so they can enjoy life as they wish to do so.
My first session
I offer a free initial chat for about half an hour to see if you’d like to work with me.
