From grief and trauma to addiction and relationship issues.
I can help you by looking at the issues that are causing you stress and anxiety in your life by exploring theses issues at your pace and during our first session we will set out together how our time together will be best used to get the outcome you want. I will use my counselling and mental health skills to work through the sessions with you to explore and manage your responses to situations in your life and then focus on what you do want to happen and how we can make that happen together.

Practice description
When a client first contacts me I will introduce myself and answer and any question they might have. Hopefully putting them at ease as counselling is a very personal and rewarding experience, however it can be a big step for some people. We will decide if we feel we want to work together and arrange our first session be that in my counselling room or online.My first session
During the first session I would introduce myself and go over confidentiality and data protection. Once you feel comfortable we will plan what you want to achieve from the sessions and we decide on the amount of sessions and times etc.
Most people usually have weekly sessions or twice a month if preferred. Usually with 8 -10 sessions.

Practice description
I believe counselling and having positive mental health can make such a difference to peoples lives by finding a safe space to explore any issues you may have but talking therapy can also be hard work emotionally.
I feel through experience that towards the end of our sessions together, we focus on a plan to change old limiting beliefs and set something constructive to work towards so you leave with a positive mindset and skills and practices to use to help you achieve your goals
