About me and my therapy practice
Counselling can be a safe place to talk things through within a supportive relationship free from judgement and agendas. If you'd like a confidential space to work through whatever is causing you difficulty at this time in your life, we can look at it together.
I will work with you at your own pace. As a person-centred therapist, the way I work is non-directive. Current availability for counselling in-person is Tuesday afternoons & Wednesday mornings.
Online and telephone: Monday afternoons and Friday mornings.
My first session
I offer an initial consultation at a reduced fee of £20. It's important to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with so this first meeting is a chance to talk a bit about what brings you to counselling, to discuss any questions and see if working together would be a good fit. Please feel free to email if you'd like to arrange a meeting, or if you need further info.
