About me and my therapy practice
I strive to offer a close, empathic relationship where in your own time, you can feel safe to talk about whatever difficulties you are experiencing. I will work with you at your own pace– you are free to explore issues in a supportive, accepting environment. As a person-centred therapist, the way I work is non-directive. Currently availability is on Thur & Fri afternoons.
Counselling is a process that can offer a safe place to talk things through, within a supportive relationship free from judgement and agendas. If you'd like a confidential space to work through whatever is causing you difficulty at this time in your life, we can look at it together.
I offer an initial session at a reduced fee of £20. It's important to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with, so this first meeting is a chance to talk a bit about what brings you to counselling, to discuss any concerns and see if we could work together.
