About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist who is experience and passionate about helping people find the balance in their mental health. I provide confidential and supportive counselling where you can discuss and explore your personal issues, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choices and behaviours without fear of judgement or discrimination.
My service is available to everyone who is looking to achieve way to cope with the problems. I can offer you a safe and welcoming space where you and your experience will be treated respectfully. My counselling service is also available in both short and long-term to clients that need help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and others.
Counselling helps you to recognise your deepest self. It is also an opportunity to work through your dissatisfaction in life. Counselling is a powerful breakdown that can give you the freedom you deserve and is very beneficial to those who wish to improve the balance in their mental health.
It can be difficult to begin to talk about problems with someone you don’t know, but you do not need to worry as here you can say as much or as little as you want to. I provide a warm, friendly and professional working environment that you can be comfortable and feel you can relax to discuss the difficulties that have led you to look for help.
I have no magic to offer in counselling, but I can ensure to work with you as a team in which I will put you and your issues at the heart of our work. With my working effort, skills and experiences I hope to help you find what you are looking for and this can help you to move forward to where you wish to be in life.
The aim of the psychotherapy service I provide is to help you develop effective ways of coping with difficulties in life. With my support I aim to provide you resources that help you learn ways to deal with your problems effectively and independently.
I have trained in integrative and this means I can combine suitable approaches to work effectively with you as an individual. Integrative skill enables me to be flexible with work I do with you. Because people enter counselling for many different reasons each person's issues are unique, and so my focus is always on you and the problem you bring

My first session
At your initial appointment we discuss your expectations and what you are hoping to achieve in counselling. Here we can discuss any concerns, and the difficulties that have led you to look for help.
We can also talk about what support you need going forward, and what I can offer to help you achieve the goals we set together. At your initial session you may gain an idea of what it’s like to work with me and whether you would like to continue.
