About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist who is experience and passionate about counselling. I provide confidential and supportive counselling where you can discuss and explore your personal issues, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choices and behaviours without fear of judgement or discrimination.
My service is available to everyone who is looking to achieve way to manage with the problems. I can offer you a safe and welcoming space where you and your experience will be treated respectfully.

The aim of the psychotherapy service I provide is to help you develop effective ways of coping with difficulties in life. With my support I aim to provide you resources that help you learn ways to deal with your problems effectively and independently.
I have trained in integrative and this means I can combine suitable approaches to work effectively with you as an individual. Because each person's issues are unique, and so my focus is always on you and the problem you bring
