You may feel overwhelmed right now but I can help you navigate your way through your challenges – freeing you to move forward with your life. I will listen, I will care and I will help you make sense of what’s happening in your life and your mind.
By investing time in yourself, it will help you see things from a different perspective and identify the right approach for you. I offer a safe, confidential place to talk about the things that are causing you confusion, pain or difficulty.
Beginning counselling can feel like a big step but I will make it as comfortable for you as I can. I understand the process you are likely to have gone through before making the decision to start this journey and we know it’s not always easy.
