I work Monday, Tuesday and Fridays during the daytime, including early mornings. I do not work evenings or weekends.
About me and my therapy practice
I work as integrative therapist. This means that you, the client, decide the way in which I provide counselling. I will get to know you, and what has brought you to therapy at this time in your life, drawing from my expertise to work in a way that suits your needs.
I dislike the idea of only working in one way, and consequently “placing” one type of therapy onto every person with the notion that “one size fits all”. Rather, I think that everyone is completely unique and requires a different way of working to someone else.
My quiet, calm therapy room is peaceful and private and is conveniently located near to public transport in Central London.
My first session
A first session is a chance for us to meet each other, for you to get a sense of whether I feel like the right therapist for you, and for us to discuss working together.
We will talk about what's brought you to therapy at this time, and what you would like to get from the therapy. There is no obligation for continue following an initial session if you do not wish to.
