About me and my therapy practice
Picking up the phone and contacting a counsellor or therapist for the first time can be incredibly daunting.
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor. I work without judgement, accepting the person for who they are. I do not tell you what to do and I do not decide what is important.
What matters to you is what is important, no matter how big or small that might seem.
I have a particular interest with men's issues, but I also work with clients experiencing a wide variety of difficulties.
I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their Ethical Framework, so you can be sure that confidentiality is a priority.
Currently I offer remote counselling, either telephone or Zoom. Home visits and "walk & talk" in the New Forest
My first session
It's important to find the right counsellor for you.
I offer an initial free 30 min telephone or Zoom consultation with no obligations, so that we can talk through the service I offer and allow you an opportunity to ask questions that might help you decide whether or not you wish like to work with me.
