About me and my therapy practice
Has this decade been tough for you?
From my home in Sawston I offer you a safe, encouraging, non-judgemental space where you can explore the issues that are concerning you and rebuild and re-evaluate your strengths. My aim is to honour your individuality, to support you in finding answers within yourself, and set reasonable, reachable goals.
I offer face-to-face or telephone counselling, focusing on areas of work, social friendships, family life, and your issues with the people closest to you.
I am sight impaired and am often told that this enhances my listening skills. This means we can focus on your issues, not your appearance. I have a calm, positive, engaging and professional manner.
My main counselling experience has been within a GP surgery, working with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-worth, work stress, relationship issues, childhood and domestic abuse, and suicidal thoughts.
I am qualified in the Adlerian style of therapy, drawing on other styles such as CBT, as appropriate.
I charge £48 for each one hour session, but also offer concessionary rates of £24 for people who are receiving disabled persons’ allowances.
Please text or leave a voicemail on 07857 007883 or email email@example.com to know more.
