About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in providing both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have 16 years experience of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of problems. I find that stigma and shame can prevent many people from accessing the support they need and deserve, and I offer totally confidential treatment both in brief work (typically 6-12 sessions) or in longer term/open ended therapy.

You can come with a focus and goal in mind for the treatment. Alternatively you may prefer to explore feelings, behaviours, relationships, communication issues in longer term work. I work flexibly so that the therapy fits with your needs.
