About me and my therapy practice
Are you a parent who is struggling? Or are you worried about your child? Often people are at crisis point when they look for support. You may be struggling with low mood, relationship issues, loneliness, depression, anxiety, thoughts of self-harm or suicide. Or you may be worried about your child experiencing these difficult emotional states. And you want things to be better.
I’ve been working with children, parents, carers and families since 2009. I have an innovative, UK-wide, online practice focused on parent, child and family counselling. One of my specialisms is the therapeutic use of creative digital tools such as video games (including Minecraft and Roblox). I also specialise in working with families of children with additional needs (special needs, disabilities, complex medical conditions, autism, ADHD).
I can’t offer to fix everything (I wish counsellors had that superpower, but we don’t). But I can offer to be alongside you on your journey and empower you and your family to find your own unique way through the challenges you are facing. Contact me today for a free initial consultation. You can find out more about my services on my website: www.elliefinch.co.uk
