About me and my therapy practice
My name is Brian
I work integrative and therefore we will consider together what practice/s is best suited to your needs. I work short term or long term. I am available most afternoons or evenings. I work from a comfortable private office suite and not from my home. I offer a warm and friendly approach to understanding the difficulties you may be experiencing and offer a safe and confidential space to work with it.
I am CPCAB qualified and hold an enhanced DBS to work with young people. I work within an airy office environment. I can accommodate face to face or zoom. I can accept most forms of payment/contactless.
My first session
Our first session would be to discuss what your goals in therapy would be and how we will work towards that goal. Together we would work with your needs and concerns, being non judgemental ensuring confidentiality, creating a friendly and safe environment to consider your thoughts and to make sense of them. Each session is 50mins and are weekly at the same time.
