About me and my therapy practice
Hello my name is Narelle, I live in North Tyneside and offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people. I offer face to face appointments from my counselling room in North Shields, I also provide telephone and online therapy.
Life can be challenging and sometimes we can struggle to cope. At times it can be hard to know where to turn, you may find you benefit from having a safe, non-judgemental place to share your difficulties and work through them with someone trained to support you.
I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore and share your difficulties. I work in an integrative way and tailor my approach, focusing on you as an individual, as everyone who comes to therapy is unique.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and integrative counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an accredited Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity therapist with Pink Therapy and provide an LGBTQIA+/Neurodiverse informed and affirmative counselling and psychotherapy.
I have a wide range of experience supporting young people and adults experiencing challenges and difficulties to achieve and maintain wellbeing.
