About me and my therapy practice
As a supervisor, I offer a safe and confidential place to explore the work that you are doing with others in a therapeutic or helping role. It is my job to best help and support you to help your client.
The purpose of supervision is to enhance your work with others, to develop your skills, capabilities and understanding in your role and to support you in your work, sometimes by addressing difficult impacts of your work upon you.
I will work with you to develop a safe, open dialogue in which we can explore your work compassionately and creatively, and with warmth and good humour.
I have been a practitioner since 1998, and although I specialise in relationship and psychosexual work, I have also extensive experience with depression and anxiety, bereavement, health issues, self esteem issues, infertility issues, bullying and work related stress.
