About me and my therapy practice
Hello and thank you for visiting my profile on the BACP website.
I hope you will find enough information here to help you make a decision about starting counselling.
Counselling can help us to know ourselves better, to find out what we really want and to find compassion and clarity.
I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. This can help you come to identify changes that could be made and help you move forward to a better place.
I will work with you towards a greater-understanding, self-acceptance and the freedom to choose how you want to live your life.
I offer counselling sessions that take place on the same day and the same time each week. I believe that the process of being listened to in a non-judgemental way can help you to explore parts of your self that you have not looked at before.
You might be finding it hard to get to sleep at night, worried about relationship problems or generally not sure why you feel the way you do. Talking about how we feel can have a positive impact on our lives, so please do get in touch with me if you would like to talk.
