About me and my therapy practice<
Making the first step and seeking support through counselling can be intimidating, but if this can be overcome, it can be of huge benefit.
I understand that you may have lots of questions and will want to gain support in your own time and at your own pace. I am happy to answer any questions you may have before you commit to any form of counselling.
I believe that counselling is an individual experience and should be a place where you feel able to be yourself, be open about how things really are for you and say the things you often feel you need to hold back. Whatever problem it is that you present, counselling will provide a non-judgemental environment to support you to understand yourself and your problem better.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I am able to work with you using a variety of tools and techniques to best suit your needs. These options will be discussed during our work together.
I offer counselling on a one to one basis, working with clients on a short-term basis on specific issues, as well as undertaking longer term work with those who would like more ongoing support. I am also able to offer online counselling.
I can offer sessions on day and times that fit with your availability and will be flexible to suit your needs.
Making the commitment to help yourself could be the best decision you ever make - why not contact me today to see if I could be the person to help you on your journey?
