About me and my therapy practice
- I am a qualified therapist and practice an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I hold a Diploma in Counselling from the Minster Centre in London, the UK’s leading training institute for integrative psychotherapy and counselling.
- The desire to help people make changes in order to lead a more fulfilled life led me to want to train as a counsellor. I practice an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, which means I combine different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit your needs. I work with adults and young people from diverse backgrounds. I strive to provide a safe, inclusive practice that welcomes clients of all genders and nationalities.
- I currently offer sessions from rooms in Hackney as well as online. If you would like to find out more information on whether counselling is right for you, please email me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
