About me and my therapy practice
- I am a qualified therapist and practice an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I hold a Diploma in Counselling from the Minster Centre in London, the UK’s leading training institute for integrative psychotherapy and counselling.
- The desire to help people make changes in order to lead a more fulfilled life led me to want to train as a counsellor. I practice an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, which means I combine different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit your needs. I work with adults and young people from diverse backgrounds. I strive to provide a safe, inclusive practice that welcomes clients of all genders and nationalities.
- I currently offer sessions from rooms in Hackney-hackneytherapy.co.uk. If you feel that you would like to find out more information on whether counselling is right for you, please email me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
I am a registered member of the BACP and abide by their ethical frameworks BACP’s Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I am committed to my personal and professional integration engaging with reflective practice, supervision and regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
