About me and my therapy practice

As an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, I integrate different approaches. This means that I combine approaches such as Person-Centred, Gestalt, TA, Attachment Theory and Existential. I have particular experience working with Couples, feelings of shame and guilt, low self-esteem, anxiety and unhelpful behaviour patterns. Do you want to learn new ways of communicating and managing stressful conflicts. The counselling process can highlight the roles you take on within your relationships and the unconscious psychological games we play in order to forfill our needs. Our work together provides an emotionally safe place where positive change can happen. Please go to my website to understand more about me and how I can help you.
