About me and my therapy practice
Life can be really challenging and there are times we all need some support. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and compassionate space to explore the challenges you are facing.
My training is integrative, which means that I’m able to draw on a number of different approaches to counselling. I value the uniqueness of my clients and respect that we all have our own individual stories.
I work with adults struggling with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, addiction, childhood trauma, chronic pain, relationship issues and parenting challenges.
I work in person and online from my home office in Westbury-on-Trym, which is located in north Bristol BS9. There are no access restrictions and parking is available.
Practice description
There is no set number of counselling sessions. I offer short and long term counselling depending on your needs. This is something we will agree on together.
You may not yet know exactly what you need support with. Perhaps something just doesn’t feel right. Maybe you feel unfulfilled, stuck in a career ‘slump’ or struggling with the demands of parenting.
Whatever you are feeling, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space where issues can be explored sensitively and at the right pace for you.
My first session
I offer a free 15 telephone consultation to discuss therapy and answer any questions you may have.
