About me and my therapy practice
I have been a therapist for 28 years working in GP practices and privately. I have taught for UEA, Cambridge University, West Suffolk College and Adult education. I run groups for sexually abused people and self development. Until recently I did counselling for The Ministry of Churches. I try to find the most appropriate therapy for each individual. I am very interested in Process Work and Mindfulness, Focussing and Hypnotherapy. I teach Meditation and am interested in an Holistic approach.What I can help with
