My name is Sarah and I am the Lead Counsellor at Safes pace Counselling . session information
The work I do is intergrative meaning that I use a range of methods and techniques to help you with your presenting issues. Counselling can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience allowing you to understand your behaviours and find solutions to your issues through challenging your thoughts and behaviours, learning and practicing coping methods and building emotional resilience.
Face to Face sessions are held within a private space, and this is equally important if you decide to have online sessions too. Everything shared within your session is kept between yourself and I, within the bounds of confidentiality and its limitations.
Accessing counselling can be a daunting process and I want to make your experience as smooth and beneficial as possible. So, if you have any questions around counselling or the services I offer please visit safespacedurham.co.uk which offers information on the services I provide, or contact me via email or telephone.
