About me and my therapy practice
Hi my name is Molly and I am a qualified counsellor. I have experience in work with children and adults with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, work related stress/ burnout, relationships/ separation, grief and trauma. I work with clients from a variety of professions, ages, genders, sexualities , disabilities, socio-economic backgrounds and people who are neurodiverse My approach to therapy is to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space, so that you and I, together can explore issues you are facing. I am trained as an integrative counsellor meaning I use a mixture of therapies (person centered, humanistic, CBT, play therapy, psychodrama etc.) to meet your individual need.
Currently I am offering video counselling for those in Ireland and UK.
Reduce rates for low income and students are available on request.
