Availability
I am no longer offering sessions in Haywards Heath. I continue to work in Hove, as well as working online, from Monday to Wednesday.
About me and my therapy practice
I see people who are seeking to explore their lives, perhaps due to a crisis, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss or simply wanting to to increase self awareness and development.
Counselling offers a confidential space to explore what is going on for you. It is important that you feel comfortable with the person you are seeing, as trust, honesty and openness helps you achieve the best outcome from counselling.
I am a highly qualified counsellor (BACP registered) as well as being registered psychotherapist (UK Council of Psychotherapists), and have been practicing for over 20 years.
I work both face to face and online with individual clients and couples, both long and short term, as well as supervising other counsellors and practitioners. I have specialist experience in bereavement and relationships.
