About me and my therapy practice
My counselling service is consciously aimed toward supporting men, to offer an environment where they feel safe and supported to work through their issues in a confidential space.
Some of the reasons people come to counselling include;
- Sex or Relationship Issues
- Gay and bisexual issues or struggling to come out
- Sexual abuse
- Work Issues
- Bullying, verbal, emotional or physical
- Issues at work
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Coming to terms with loss, bereavement
- Struggling to live an authentic life
Practice description
From time to time we often feel unable to move on or shift our patterns of behaviour that start to have an affect on our own wellbeing and that of those around us. Our relationships may start to breakdown or we feel unable to be in one all together. We can be finding ourselves isolated, overwhelmed and misunderstood.
I am a fully qualified Person Centred Therapist. I have years of experience working with people who have come to therapy for a variety of reasons. I offer both short and long term therapy.
Currently working as a counselling supplier for NHS Trusts and accepting EAP referrals from organisations in and around Kent. Contact me for more details and availability.
Reduced rates are available on request for those on low income.
A limited number of Counselling student rates are also available. Please feel free to ask for details.
Weekday hours are between 10am - 7:30pm (5pm on Fridays).
