About me and my therapy practice
Counselling and psychotherapy is where without judgement or interpretation, a supportive and genuine trusting relationship can develop between us, allowing you to talk about and explore your feelings in a safe, confidential environment.
Difficulty managing feelings of anger, overwhelming sadness, sex and relationship issues, and anxiety and depression are just a few of the reasons you may be considering counselling.
Offering support, empathy and unconditional positive regard, I will endeavour to understand your feelings, listen to your experiences and support you while we work through your thought processes. When this support is experienced by you then you can begin to develop your own stronger sense of self and start to make the right choices and changes to live a more fulfilling, authentic life.
