About me and my therapy practice

Hi I am an approachable BACP accredited experienced counsellor. I have experience working in the NHS sector, Higher / University Education setting and Voluntary sectors . I see clients with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, abuse (physical, sexual or emotional), trauma, bereavement, self-harm and relationship issues. I have experience working with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and other learning differences.

My first session

This might be your first time looking for a counsellor which might be a bit daunting, therefore I offer a free 15 min phone consultation just to see if you / I feel we can work together. I offer a safe and compassionate space to look at any difficulties you might be facing past or present.

I have experience working in both NHS and Voluntary sectors. I see clients with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, bereavement, self-harm and relationship issues. First appointment: I offer a free 15 mins phone consultation to explore whether we can work together

Fees: £50, I also offer discounted rates for trainees
