About me and my therapy practice
I have an Advanced level, Specialist Diploma in Clinical Supervision, in addition to a Master Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.
I believe counselling is a journey of discovery and understanding, and a process that works towards change. I perceive the trusting relationship built between therapist and client, as being the catalyst for that change.
I see Supervision as supporting the therapist and facilitating the change process, as well as having a monitoring role.
As a supervisor I aim for a Person Centred approach. I work towards establishing a collegiate relationship within supervision, but will certainly question and challenge been I perceive that as necessary!
