About me and my therapy practice
Do you sometimes feel like life is a struggle and can be confusing, stressful and overwhelming?
Obstacles block your path and it may feel you are stuck or are going around in circles and are unsure of the way forward.
Do you often feel anxious, angry or depressed, and you are merely surviving, rather than thriving?
I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer a person the opportunity to experience a different kind of relationship, which can have a positive ripple effect towards resuming growth.
Integrating the physical, emotional and mental parts of clients, so as to enrich their whole experience of life. I believe in therapeutically supporting a person during change.
I offer a warm, authentic, non-judgmental, empathetic and understanding place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as being there for you to manage these in a safe and confidential environment.
Due to Covid 19 in line with current guidance, I am able to work remotely using Zoom. Working online can feel different from being in the same room, however, it is an extremely effective form of therapy.
The BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) have offered guidance and recommendations about working online, which I take account of to ensure my practice remains highly professional.
