About me and my therapy practice
Hello, as a counsellor we are trained to focus on you as a unique person, what is happening with you and reflect on your feelings and emotions which at this time seem challenging. By working together, our goal is to help you gain self-awareness and peace of mind around these concerns. If you feel you'd like to explore these current issues, please feel free to contact me.
I offer a confidential, safe place for you to talk about whatever is going on in your life, without being judged. It usually consists of hourly weekly sessions or whatever suits you; working together towards a beneficial ending for you in therapy.
My first session
Having made contact by email or phone, I will forward you a personal assessment form. The initial part of this session is an assessment and a run through a counselling user agreement. We can then move to explore whatever you would like to reflect upon.
