About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced Integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with a Person-centred approach at the heart of my practice.

I work with adults of all ages and from many different backgrounds therefore I relate to each client as a unique human being. My intention is to offer you support that helps you navigate your own particular set of circumstances and challenges.

Whether you are experiencing a life crisis or transition, feeling anxious or depressed, or wanting to understand difficult past experiences, I will offer you confidential, accepting and professional support.

I also offer Sandtray therapy and therapeutic art for clients who are interested in a creative approach.

If you decide to contact me I hope that you will experience me as a warm, sensitive and down-to-earth person from our first meeting and that you will feel listened to deeply and understood.

Practice description

I work from a comfortable, private space within my home in Glastonbury. Free parking is available on the road nearby. I also offer online and telephone counselling.

I also offer both telephone and online counselling if this is preferable and appropriate for your needs.

Sessions are regular - on the same day and time each week.

• Each session is 60 minutes.

• I offer both long term and short term counselling.

My first session

I offer a reduced fee of £20 for the first 1-hour meeting which allows you to meet me and for us to decide if we would like to work together.

I endeavor to respond to enquiries within 24 hours during the working week to arrange a suitable time to call you or we can arrange an appointment via email.

During our introductory meeting, there will be an opportunity to share how you are at this time and what you hope to get from counselling.

If you decide that you would like to make a commitment for us to do counselling work together we will make an appointment, usually for the following week, and I will give you a 'counselling agreement' to take away with you to read before meeting again.
