About me and my therapy practice
I work short and long term face to face with both individuals and couples. I also offer internet FaceTime or WhatsApp counselling.
I work to enable a trustworthy and respectful relationship within BACP guidelines. Together we will explore present difficulties and aim to resolve conflict and unhappiness. Sometimes it’s useful to gain an understanding of the origins of longer term difficulties too and to notice where learned behaviour or defences you employ may no longer serve you well.
My first session
I offer a free up to 15 minute phone call to discuss your counselling needs and to discuss practical arrangements.
