About me and my therapy practice
There are times in life when we find ourselves struggling, or are wanting to make changes, and whether it is something from the distant past or is something more recent, counselling and therapy can help.
My method of working is primarily psychodynamic, which means exploring past experiences to make sense of present feelings and behavior, but I also draw from a range of different therapeutic approaches that will best suit you and your specific needs.
An important aspect of my work is in providing a genuinely warm and supportive space where you can confidentially explore the difficult, and sometimes painful issues that are affecting your everyday life. And the aim for both of us is to enlighten and empower you so that you can go forward with confidence.
