About me and my therapy practice

I am a believer that the therapeutic relationship can be one of the most intimate relationships that one can have; with this in mind I would like to share a little about me before you decide to embark on your journey with me.

I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives from a very young age. This interest led me to study a BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy which resulted in obtaining a job working with bereaved children within Little Havens Hospice.

I hold a passion for walking alongside my clients in their time of despair and work diligently to help them find the answers they seek. Since 2019, I have worked with a variety of clientele from adults to adolescents within a secondary school.

I am what you call a Humanistic therapist, therefore I am not here to advise you or tell you what to do; you have the answers and I'll walk alongside you until those answers become a little clearer.

I love to work creatively, using a variety of interventions and tools. However, if creative therapy is not for you we can tailor the sessions to fit your specific needs.
