About me and my therapy practice
I am a highly trained and experienced counsellor running a private, confidential, counselling service dedicated to helping you through whatever situation you are in. I use a number of approaches over many years to aid your journey towards personal growth, healing & change. I work in a flexible & creative way which enables me to respond to your needs; supporting the growth of your authentic, happier-self.
Practice description
Many people feel nervous about seeing a counsellor. This feeling is understandable, but in addition to our physical needs like food, water, and shelter, every one of us has emotional needs too. Often people seek counselling for a specific reason, such as bereavement, substance misuse, relationship issues, or important life decisions but it doesn’t have to be related to a major life event.

About me and my therapy practice
Choosing the right supervisor is a key step in achieving ethically sound support for your clinical practice. I am a BACP accredited & registered counsellor and certified integrative supervisor and have worked with groups and individuals in different settings for over 20 years (for counsellors in private practice/education settings etc).
Practice description
My Monthly charges for 90 minutes is £90 for individuals. (one & half hours). £60 per hour.
