About me and my therapy practice
Counselling is a process in which difficult thoughts and feelings can be explored in a safe and confidential environment. The purpose of counselling is to help you find positive ways in dealing with difficult life situations. I work according to the Person-Centred approach which aims to facilitate your inner capacity for growth.
Apart from counselling, I enjoy walking, reading, and looking after our two boys.
The counselling room is at Parc Menai, Bangor, and has disabled access.
