About me and my therapy practice

I am a supervisor and training therapist. My background is in existential and psychodynamic psychotherapy and my main training was on the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology.  I trained in supervision skills at the Institute of Psychosynthesis and have a strong interest in the inclusion of transpersonal work and the body in counselling and psychotherapy.  I have 10 years experience in the NHS as a researcher and Occupational Psychologist and 25 years experience  in the voluntary sector, the past 10 as a Counselling Psychologist practicing psychotherapy with children, young people and adults, with a special interest in those with learning disabilities and physical disabilities and trauma stemming from abuse.  I am currently a co-director and clinical lead for London Accessible Psychotherapy independent service (LAPIS) alongside a private psychotherapy practice, and teach Teen Yoga plus Mindfulness groups for all ages.
