About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can be hard for us to manage alone. Events in our lives may mean that our feelings can become over whelming and difficult to manage. We may feel blocked, isolated or unable to find the answers to our issues.
I offer a confidential, empathic and safe environment within which difficulties may be explored with support and without fear of judgment.
I am an Integrative-Relational Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, which means that I combine theories and interventions whilst working within the influence of our relationships.
I have worked within the NHS for a GP Surgery and within a charity. I have worked with wide ranging issues, varied age groups and genders.
I hold a BA(Hons) in Integrative-Relational Counselling and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
I offer concessionary rates for clients on low income and will be happy to discuss this further with you.
