About me and my therapy practice

I can help you find ways to cope during these difficult times. Whether it’s coping with the acute pain of the loss of a loved one, dealing with stress and anxiety or needing someone to talk to, just for you, rather than feeling you’re burdening family and friends. It can be a great release to externalise your feelings in a non-judgmental space.

During the COVID restrictions I’m offering remote sessions and am experienced in telephone counselling. Counselling can help you to reflect on your feelings and explore ways forward. Your first half hour session will be free.

I have experience of helping people struggling with bereavement and loss, anger issues, suffering from anxiety, depression and coping with difficult relationships. I support LGBT clients and am experienced at working with people on the autistic spectrum.

For me, the client comes first. I will give you time and a confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I work on a one to one basis for sessions that usually last for an hour. The frequency of your sessions is up to you.

Practice description

I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS.
