About me and my therapy practice
Hello and thank you for looking at my page.
I have many years of experience working in private practice and in the NHS.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and the main therapeutic models I use in my practice are:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focused on achieving specific results within a defined period of time, which is based on proven research evidence. I also use Mindfulness, Person Centred and the Psychodynamic approach.
I have a great interest in wellbeing and fitness and the intersection between physical and emotional balance.
I work with clients from many walks of life and I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental service in which clients can focus on establishing a sense of trust again.
